Job summary

IronLeaf Designs is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. You will set up and operate press brake equipment to form metal components per drawings and production needs, reading blueprints and selecting tooling for each job.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on press brake experience, strong measurement skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a collaborative shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of press brake operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances.
• Strong measuring tool proficiency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components per specifications.
• Read blueprints and production documentation to determine tooling and machine settings.
• Select and install appropriate tooling for each job.
• Determine bend sequences and machine settings for accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and squares to verify dimensions.
