Job summary

Iron Leaf Designs, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our growing fabrication team. This role sets up and operates press brake equipment to accurately form metal components according to drawings and production requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on press brake experience, can read technical drawings, and takes pride in producing precise, high-quality work in a collaborative shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of press brake operating experience required.
• Demonstrated experience setting up and operating press brake equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and production documentation.
• Measure and inspect completed parts to verify dimensions, angles, tolerances, and overall quality.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
