Job summary

IronLeaf Designs is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join the growing fabrication team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on setting up and operating press brake equipment to accurately form metal components per drawings and production requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on press brake experience, can read technical drawings, and is committed to producing high-quality work in a collaborative shop environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of press brake operating experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient with measuring tools for quality checks.
• Read and interpret production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake equipment to form metal parts.
• Read blueprints and work orders for each job.
• Install appropriate tooling and set machine parameters.
• Measure parts to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot forming and tooling issues as they arise.
• Maintain quality and adjust processes for consistency.
• Work safely and communicate with the team.
