• Previous professional painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Paint resident rooms, hallways, common areas, offices, and other facility areas.
• Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, caulking, and priming.
• Perform touch-ups and maintain painted surfaces throughout the building.
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with general maintenance projects as needed.
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
