Job summary

TLC Properties in Springfield, MO is seeking a Painter to perform high-quality painting for our residents under the guidance of the Facilities Manager. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety standards.

You will prepare surfaces, mix paints, apply finishes, and train new painters in proper techniques and Entrata procedures. Compensation is hourly, with benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401k, paid holidays, and rental discounts after probation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality painting for residents.
• Prepare walls and surfaces for painting.
• Mix paint and apply with appropriate tools.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Train new painters on required standards and Entrata usage.
• Report progress and coordinate with Facilities Manager.
