Job summary

This position will involve maintaining the appearance of buildings by performing high-quality interior and exterior painting projects.

The ideal candidate should have prior painting experience, be able to travel between facilities, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous painting, maintenance, or commercial/residential painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and painting equipment.
• Ability to travel between facilities within the West Chester and Dayton, Ohio region.

Responsibilities

• Travel between CareSpring facilities to complete painting projects.
• Prepare surfaces before beginning work, including protecting furniture.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
