Luxor Healthcare Group is seeking a dependable and experienced Painter to join our Maintenance team at Mariemont Care Center. You will paint resident rooms, hallways, offices, and common areas, preparing surfaces and applying finishes while maintaining safety and infection control standards.

Ideal candidates have prior painting experience, good knowledge of tools and techniques, and a keen eye for detail. This full-time role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and growth

Qualifications

• Previous professional painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to lift and carry supplies and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Paint resident rooms, hallways, common areas, offices, and other facility areas.
• Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, caulking, and priming.
• Perform touch-ups and maintain painted surfaces throughout the building.
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with general maintenance projects as needed.
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
