Lorien Harmony Hall in Columbia, Maryland is seeking a Painter to maintain and refresh interior and exterior surfaces, supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Paint and touch up interior and exterior walls, doors, trim, ceilings, and other building surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and repairing minor imperfections.
• Select and apply appropriate paints and coatings for each area, following facility requirements.
• Protect residents, staff, visitors, furniture, and equipment from dust, fumes, spills, and work areas.
• Follow infection-prevention, safety, and facility procedures while working in occupied healthcare spaces.
