Job summary

Maple Knoll Village in Cincinnati, OH, seeks an experienced Painter to maintain and improve the community’s appearance and safety. You will perform painting and related tasks across various surfaces, while coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.

The role requires a minimum of two years’ painting experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to follow safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional painting and drywall patching experience.
• Ability to follow safety standards and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, varnishing and related tasks on wood, metal, glass, and other surfaces throughout the community.
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes while respecting occupied resident units.
• Maintain inventory, order paints and supplies, and track colors within budgetary expectations.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner using the automated system and coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors as needed.
• Paint signage, building identifiers, parking spaces, and other areas per branding guidelines.
• Set up and move scaffolding and ladders; ensure safety and compliance with life-safety standards.
• Ensure clean, safe storage of equipment and materials and proper labeling of products.
• Work full-time, Monday–Friday 8a-4p with no weekends or holidays.
