Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Painter / Maintenance Staff Member to keep our buildings in top condition. You will prepare surfaces, mix and apply paint, and maintain interior and exterior areas across units and common spaces.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years painting experience, and strong customer service skills. You will follow safety procedures, complete daily work orders, and work with building staff to ensure quality and timely completion.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of painting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Paint all common areas and touch up as needed.
• Inspect areas that need paint and advise manager.
• Properly match colors and mix paint.
• Follow safety procedures while performing work.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with building staff.
• Complete daily work orders as scheduled.
• Operate new equipment safely.
