Qualifications

• Good mental and physical health.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' skin condition on admission, re-admission, and return from leave.
• Initiate wound progress reports and document care plans.
• Notify physician promptly of skin problems and initiate treatments.
• Document skin conditions and enter on the Plan of Care.
• Attend in-service classes and participate in monthly rounds with care consultants.
