Vierra Falls Church, a Vierra Communities property, is seeking Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. We offer FT, PT and PRN options with shifts 7am – 3:30pm, 3pm – 11:30pm and 11pm – 7:30am.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in practicing state.
• Active CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of nursing staff per policy and procedures.
• Administers medications as prescribed and monitors effects.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Updates care plans and documents changes in resident status.
• Ensures infection control and regulatory compliance.
