Vierra Falls Church, a Vierra Communities property, is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in Falls Church, VA. This role offers FT, PT, and PRN options with shifts from 7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, and 11pm-7:30am, with non-exempt status and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of LPNs/LVNs and CNAs per regulations and facility policies.
• Administers medications and observes for adverse effects.
• Performs wound care and other direct patient care duties as assigned.
• Assesses changes in resident status and notifies physician and family.
• Coordinates admissions, discharges and transfers as required.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality initiatives.
