Vierra Falls Church is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Vierra Falls Church, VA. The RN will provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing setting, ensuring adherence to care plans and regulatory standards.

Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available (7am-3:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, 11pm-7:30am). Excellent benefits and growth opportunities are offered by the employer.

Qualifications

• Directs nursing staff and assists with care planning.
• Ensures holistic resident care across shifts.
• Maintains compliance with state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs.
• Transcribes physician orders and follows them in patient records.
• Prepares and administers medications as ordered and monitors effects.
• Performs wound care, IV therapy and related treatments per orders.
• Schedules follow-up appointments and coordinates transportation as needed.
• Provides nursing leadership and collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
