Job summary

Clark County Rehabilitation & Living Center in Owen, Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse for a skilled nursing assignment. The position is based at W4266 County Highway X, Owen, WI 54460. The role is a floor-nurse position with supervisory coverage when needed, and the start date is September 21.

Shifts are eight hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, including every other weekend, on-site at the facility. Responsibilities include patient care, documentation, and meeting health screening

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• At least two years of recent long-term care experience.
• Current BCLS certification.
• DHHS background check.
• National, state, and county background checks.
• Ten-panel drug screen.
• Two-step TB documentation and Hepatitis B, MMR, Tdap, and Varicella records.
• Ability to cover supervisory responsibilities when requested.

Responsibilities

• Work as a floor nurse in the skilled nursing setting.
• Fill in for the supervisor when needed.
• Complete assigned nursing responsibilities during the scheduled mid shift.
• Meet the facility's listed screening and health documentation requirements.
