Job summary

Sauk County Health Care Center in Sauk County, Wisconsin, is seeking a Staff Nurse to perform registered nursing or licensed practical nursing services for residents. Shifts available: PM (2:30pm–11:00pm) or NOC (10:30pm–7:00am).

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
• RN license required.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts and adapt to unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote or restore resident health by performing the nursing process.
• Provide physical and psychological support to residents and families.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications with careful monitoring.
