Qualifications

• Active Montana physical therapist license.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents in skilled-nursing and long-term-care settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and provide physical therapy treatment in skilled-nursing and long-term-care settings.
• Educate patients and document progress toward mobility goals.
