Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a physical therapist to travel to patient homes in Missoula, MT. The role focuses on home-based evaluation, mobility, balance, and safety, with a plan to improve independence and function. The assignment runs 12 weeks on a 40-hour work week, typically Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional evenings or weekends and travel reimbursements per policy.

Qualifications

• Current Montana physical therapist license and accredited PT degree.
• Valid driver license, reliable vehicle and appropriate auto insurance.
• At least one year of relevant experience; two years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation by meeting patients where they live and evaluate mobility and home safety.
• Develop practical treatment plans and help patients build strength, balance and confidence.
• Travel to patient homes and collaborate with caregivers and care team for recovery and independence.
