Job summary

Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care at our Roswell, New Mexico facility. A relocation bonus is available for eligible nurses willing to make Roswell their home.

You will monitor residents, administer medications, collaborate with a care team, and support individualized care plans while maintaining thorough documentation and clear communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Mexico.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and report changes to RNs and providers.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide direction to nursing assistants within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents and families about care and progress.
• Promote dignity, safety, infection prevention and quality care.

• Provide direction and support to nursing assistants within your scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents and families about care, progress, and concerns.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care.

What you bring
