Job summary

Spring River Rehabilitation and Care Center in Roswell, New Mexico, seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. A relocation bonus is available for eligible nurses ready to make Roswell their next home and join a dedicated care team.

As an LPN, you will monitor residents, administer meds, participate in care planning, and support nursing assistants while maintaining thorough documentation and open communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license authorizing practice in New Mexico.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork.
• Compassionate, dependable approach to resident care.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents, recognize changes in condition, and promptly report concerns to the supervising RN and providers.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders, facility procedures, and your scope of practice.
• Participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Provide direction and support to nursing assistants within your scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with residents and families about care, progress, and concerns.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, infection prevention, and quality care.
