RegalCare at Harwich is seeking a motivated, energetic Director of Admissions to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate excels in building relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families, and drives census growth within a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing the admissions process, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, conducting facility tours, and developing marketing strategies to promote services.

Formación

• Experience in admissions or marketing for skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and increase census.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
