Qualifications

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation, portioning, and cooking of a variety of nourishing meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per recipes.
• Plate and garnish cooked items for attractive presentation.
• Act as liaison for Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure timely meal prep and delivery.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation standards and clean equipment before and after service.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and assist with purchasing; support recipe development and compliance.
• Flexibly handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
