Job summary

Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Business Office Manager to lead billing and accounts receivable for residents in a Skilled Nursing facility. You will balance resident accounts, generate statements, and support residents with medical assistance applications while ensuring accurate cash handling.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and 1 year in accounting; a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, along with prior Business Office Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in an Accounting role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and accounts receivable for residents.
• Balance resident accounts and prepare billing statements.
• Assist residents with medical assistance applications.
• Distribute resident cash allowances and maintain accurate records.
