Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of long-term care CNA experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans
• Aid with lifting, positioning, and mobility
• Coordinate dining room services, meal delivery, and feeding assistance
• Document meal intake and weight changes; complete flow sheets
• Monitor skin condition and report issues promptly
• Support toileting programs and safety practices
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies
