Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing/admissions in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Inquiry & Referral Management: Respond quickly to hospital/family inquiries and review medical records.
• Insurance & Financial Verification: Check Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance benefits; explain payment terms to families.
• Facility Tours & Marketing: Conduct tours and build relationships to generate referrals.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure admission agreements and privacy forms are completed and uploaded to EMR (PointClickCare).
• Bed Coordination: Coordinate bed availability and discharges with Nursing Director and housekeeping.
