Job summary

Harvard Integrations LP is seeking an experienced fabricator to assemble and weld metal cabinets, enclosures, bases, and related components. Candidates should follow drawings, gather materials, and perform MIG welding with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, inspecting welds, and repairing products as needed, while maintaining safety and a clean work area. Forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions from drawings and specs.
• Proficient in MIG welding and basic metal fabrication.
• Strong attention to detail in measurements and tolerances.
• Experience with structural steel, welding and grinding processes.

Responsibilities

• Follow customer specifications and engineering drawings, gather required materials, lay-out, assemble and weld base or enclosure.
• Set up equipment and weld parts together using MIG, gas welding and any combination of arc welding processes.
• Install specialized parts on enclosures or bases using cutting, welding and grinding tools.
• Inspect welds for size, quality, and precision; repair as needed.
• Operate forklift or other lifting equipment to move components as required.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering staff for design changes and clarifications.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
