Job summary

Harvard Integrations in the United States is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to assemble and fabricate metal cabinets, enclosures, bases, and other components according to customer specifications and engineering drawings.

You will MIG weld, use various cutting and grinding tools, review designs, operate lifting equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area. High school diploma or GED preferred; experience with structural steel and read blueprints is desired.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools.
• Experience with structural steel welding and grinding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and weld base or enclosure per specifications.
• Set up equipment and weld parts using MIG and related processes.
• Install components on enclosures and bases using cutting, welding and grinding tools.
• Inspect welds for size, quality and precision.
• Operate lifting equipment to position components as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
