Job summary

Ingenyx in Connecticut is seeking a production operator to run and adjust machines, document process data, and ensure product quality per SOP and MP/GMP guidelines.

Minimum education is a high school diploma with strong math and English fluency. Pay ranges from $20 to $29 per hour, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, disability and parental leave. Employment is at-will.

Qualifications

  • Basic math (addition, subtraction, and division)
  • Good interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Responsibilities

  • Operates and adjusts machine/equipment/cell to SOP as trained including packaging and labeling products
  • Understands and uses measuring equipment; calipers, micrometers, rulers, Instron, scales, counters, snap gauges, ring gauges, pins and other gauging following prescribed procedures to meet high quality specifications
  • Documents process data and parameters as required by MP/GMP
  • Identifies when process is out of spec and recognizes the need to notify Team Lead or Supervisor
  • Reviews process documentation, makes corrections and signs off on production orders
  • Follow QA procedures and requirements
  • Follow safety procedures, including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Follow manufacturing procedures
