Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Connecticut is seeking a Machine Operator / Production Operator for a 12-month contract on W2. 40 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am), with work in a medical devices environment.

The role requires entry-level experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read and follow specifications in English, perform basic math, and work well in a team. Flexibility to rotate tasks is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine production functions including filling, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintains accurate records and logs per FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000.
• Works effectively in a team setting to support team goals and objectives.
• Makes decisions within standard procedures and instructions.
• Follows SOPs and works under direct supervision.

Job Description

• Must have some experience in Manufacturing
• Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization).
• Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Makes effective decisions relative to position requirements.
• Must follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required.
• Works under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures.

Educatiom &Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area / process / method.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
