Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a meat cutting training or apprenticeship.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in cooler environments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats.
• Prepare special cuts for Members.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the meat department.
• Keep all cases stocked and properly labeled.
