Qualifications

• Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Members by making recommendations and answering questions on meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Cut, grind, wrap, weigh, and label meat, poultry, and seafood to company standards.
• Maintain meat cases and ensure proper stock levels and rotation by expiry dates.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards in the meat department.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
