The position requires previous meat cutting experience, knowledge of cuts and trimming, excellent customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Weekend and holiday availability is needed.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, grind, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other meat products to company standards.
• Package, wrap, label, price, and stock fresh meat products for display and sale.
• Maintain attractive, well-stocked meat displays with rotation and freshness checks.
• Assist customers with product selection and cooking recommendations.
• Ensure products meet quality, presentation, and food safety standards.
• Maintain clean work areas, equipment, coolers, and display cases.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Support department operations and collaborate with team members.
