Rowe's IGA Supermarkets in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an Experienced (Journeyman) Meat Cutter to join our team. You will prepare beef, pork, and poultry cuts, maintain high sanitation, and deliver friendly customer service.

This is a hands-on, skilled crafts role that follows the merchandising plan and safety standards while providing exceptional service. Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays is required to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
• Able to read, write, and do simple math.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and solve problems.
• Works well with others and as a team.
• Passion for serving others.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Weekend/evening/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers.
• Cut and prepare all meat varieties and cuts using cutting equipment.
• Move meat to and from coolers and cutting area.
• Maintain sanitation and presentation standards.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
• Follow store policies and procedures.
