Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including greeting customers and answering questions with a positive attitude.
• Safely operate meat cutting equipment and tools to trim pork, beef and poultry following productivity standards.
• Rotate product, clean and neatly stack like items together, date product, handle any loose or leaking product.
• Make grinds with tubes or trim, memorize company standards on fat content and package specs.
• Maintain high sanitization and presentation standards.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
• Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Assist as needed to ensure the success of the store.
