Qualifications

• Education: 8th grade or higher.
• Experience: three years in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and minor maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Use and care of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Physical Plant Operations Assistant Director.
• Assist with repair completion and assigned projects as needed.
• Maintain safety in accordance with district policy.
• Report hazards to the immediate supervisor.
• Procure supplies and equipment for each work order.
• Operate district equipment and vehicles as required.
• Communicate with District staff professionally.
• Complete work orders and submit to the Physical Plant Operations office.
