Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman A/C License.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• At least one year of A/C experience with basic codes knowledge.
• Knowledge of terminology and materials for this trade.
• Knowledge of local A/C codes.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of reading plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, and pumps.
• Check safety, integrity and energy efficiency; troubleshoot systems.
• Mount and wire compressors/condenser units per specs and power panels.
• Install and maintain water heaters of various sizes.
• Measure and assemble chilled water lines per specifications.
• Check air pressure, gauges, feeders, electrical wiring and ice systems.
• Provide preventive maintenance to tools and machinery for safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow Work from Home Protocols when working remotely.
