You will support general maintenance, respond to requests, and perform basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.

Ideal candidates bring hands‑on experience in maintenance or facilities, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work physically, and collaborate well with a care‑focused team.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, building services, or handyman experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, senior living, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general building maintenance and repairs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects.
• Maintain grounds and outdoor areas as needed.
• Assist with equipment inspections and minor repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility standards.
