Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or handyman roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work daily.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support general building maintenance and repairs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects.
• Maintain grounds and outdoor areas as needed.
• Assist with equipment inspections and minor repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility standards.
• Transport supplies and equipment when necessary.
• Keep maintenance areas organized and stocked.
