Job summary

Grandvue Medical Care Facility is seeking a dependable, experienced skilled maintenance professional to join our Maintenance Department. This is a full-time role, primarily weekdays from 7:00 a.m.

– 3:30 p.m., with weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis. The successful candidate will have at least four years of experience in maintenance or related skilled trades, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, heating, carpentry, or refrigeration.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in maintenance or related skilled trades.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, heating, carpentry, or refrigeration.
• Current license or certification in one of these areas welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance to keep the facility safe and well-maintained.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to support operations.
