Job summary

Geater Machining and Manufacturing, Co. is seeking skilled shop-floor personnel to support our machining and sheet metal operations. You will perform a variety of roles including drill press, machine operator, press brake, punch/laser, and finishing tasks on a fast-paced production line.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred. We offer weekend premiums, benefits, and growth opportunities as part of a full-time, in-person role.

Qualifications

• Record of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Operate Drill Press/Utility as part of a production line.
• Perform Machinist and Machine Operator duties to meet production targets.
• Operate Press Brake, Punch and Laser equipment.
• Assist Hardware Installation and Finishing Operations tasks.
• Conduct Quality Inspection on produced parts to ensure conformance.
• Collaborate with team to maintain safe and efficient workflow.
