Cenveo is hiring Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) at our Kent, WA facility. The role focuses on setting up, adjusting, and operating high-speed envelope equipment, with emphasis on timing, changeovers, and quality, while upholding safety standards.

Candidates should have 4+ years of hands-on mechanical or manufacturing experience and be comfortable on multiple machine platforms. Training is provided with opportunities for advancement to Machine Adjuster.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.
• Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.

Description

Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Kent, WA facility.

This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on mechanical experience. Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments.

Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Pay

• $21/hr or higher depending on experience + 2nd or 3rd shift premium
• 2nd shift: 2:30 PM -- 10:30 PM / $0.75/hr shift premium
• 3rd shift: 10:30 PM -- 6:30 AM; $1.50/hr shift premium
• Training on 1st shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM)
• Monday - Friday; overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Opportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements
