The position offers 3rd shift hours (11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a $2/hr premium, occasional 1st shift training, and potential advancement to higher-level machine adjuster roles based on performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.
• Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.

Description

Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Advanced Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Chicopee, MA facility.

This is a highly technical role requiring hands-on mechanical experience.

Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments.

Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Pay

• Hourly Pay: $22-24 depending on experience + 3rd shift premium
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (+$2/hr shift premium)
• Training may be on 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Monday-Friday; overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Opportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential.
