Job summary

Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Dallas, TX facility. This highly technical role requires hands-on mechanical experience, including machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments.

Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply. This position offers $19-23/hr depending on experience plus a $1.50/hr third shift premium.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Cenveo, a leading North American envelope manufacturer, is hiring Skilled Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Dallas, TX facility.

This is a highly technical role requiring hands‑on mechanical experience. Candidates should have experience with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments.

Automotive technicians with engine and transmission repair experience are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Pay

• $19 - 23/hr depending on experience + $1.50/hr 3rd shift premium
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM; Training on 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM)
• Monday-Friday; overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Opportunity for advancement to Machine Adjuster with increased earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high‑speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Learn machine timing, part installation/removal, and complete product changeovers.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support production quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills, including reading a ruler accurately.
• Flexibility to work on various machine platforms as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Comfortable working around high‑speed production equipment, noise, and manufacturing materials.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain alert throughout the shift.
