Job summary

Cadence, Inc. is seeking skilled machine operators in Staunton, VA to support automated manufacturing, including molding, grinding, inspection, and cleanroom processes. The role includes 12-hour fixed rotating shifts with 2-2-3 scheduling and shift differentials.

Shifts Available - Fixed, Rotating 12-Hour Schedule:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 10% shift differential

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | 15% shift differential

• Both shifts follow a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, including every other weekend.

• Shift differentials are paid in addition to the base hourly rate.
