Cadence, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate I to join our manufacturing team in DeLand, FL. You will assemble and test medical device components, maintain accurate records, and perform product inspections to ensure quality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs while working in a fast-paced, PPE‑driven environment. Opportunities for growth exist within production and related areas.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED.
Ability to read and understand process documents.
Experience operating in a procedure-driven environment.
Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Basic computer proficiency.
Experience in assembly/manufacturing environment; MIM experience preferred.
Good hand dexterity and ability to use a microscope.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, unassisted.
Strong work ethic and safety awareness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; adhere to PPE requirements.

Job description

We are searching for Production Associate I to join the Cadence team! As a Production Associate, you will assemble and test products, maintain accurate records and documentation, and performing inspections on products.
