  • 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sunday and Monday
Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to operate, supply, sample, and record movement of materials associated with production machinery and ancillary equipment in conformance to FDA, GMP’s, ISO13485 standards, and finished product specifications; sample and inspect production, stage material accordingly, and report production accuracy. Monitor manufacturing process quality to assure that only acceptable materials are released to subsequent production processes. Clean and maintain work areas within the facility as assigned following standard operating procedures.

Accountabilities
  • Analyze product using established test methods and gauges and initiate corrective action with supervisor, department technical resources, and quality assurance inspectors.
  • Perform requisite sampling and inspection of product in accordance with established department and plant procedures.
  • Responsible for quality and quantity of production from assigned machines.
  • Monitor machinery and processes during shift and request department technical assistance; make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimum performance of process.
  • Report and track all production data into the appropriate information systems.
  • Must be proficient with all measuring equipment (micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the lean system and the ability to control the correct location of associated Kanban tickets.
  • Assist/perform changeovers as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1‑3 years related work experience and/or training preferred.

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour
