Job summary

Cadence, Inc. is seeking skilled machine operators in Staunton, VA to support automated manufacturing, including molding, grinding, inspection, and cleanroom processes. The role includes 12-hour fixed rotating shifts with 2-2-3 scheduling and shift differentials.

Experience in manufacturing or production and machine operation is required. Training on Cadence equipment and processes is provided, and candidates must work in a cleanroom with full PPE and stand for extended periods.
