Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license in Georgia.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred ACLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet patient, complete assessment and paperwork for procedure ordered, and notify physician of changes during stress lab rotation.
• Prepare patient for ordered procedure and assist with Echo & Vascular studies; support post-test throughput and follow-up as needed.
• Complete all paperwork for tests, document in ECIS, and ensure proper chart placement while preserving patient privacy.
• Follow physician orders including patient education and management of event/Holter monitors, and documentation of activities in ECIS.
• Provide prescribed medication samples when appropriate and assist with ordering, stocking supplies and maintaining supply logs.
• Maintain crash cart, defibrillator checks, medication expiration logs, oxygen cylinders, and safety equipment; participate in infection control practices.
