Northeast Georgia Health System seeks an LPN to support stress lab procedures, patient assessment, and noninvasive testing. The role requires current Georgia LPN licensure and a High School diploma or GED, with ACLS certification preferred.

The selected candidate will perform pre- and post-test care, assist with Echo and Vascular studies, document results, manage supplies, and ensure patient safety and privacy in ECIS systems.

Formación

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Georgia.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain scheduled procedures in a timely manner and greet patients, complete assessments and paperwork.
• Explain procedures and assess test accuracy; notify physician of any changes needed.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist with Echo & Vascular studies as needed.
• Complete paperwork for tests, copy/fax reports, and ensure charting accuracy in ECIS.
• Follow physician orders, provide education and manage event/ Holter monitor processes.
• Provide medication samples and assist with ordering and stocking supplies.
• Maintain crash cart, logs, and monitor medication expiration and oxygen supplies.
• Maintain skills checklists, infection control practices, and OSHA compliance.
• Complete six hours continuing education yearly and conduct at least one in-service.
