Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience as a line cook or related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items in a timely manner with quality and portion control.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to sanitation procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.).
• Follow recipes and production guidelines as instructed by lead cook/chef.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and communicating needs to kitchen management.
• Support team and ensure a positive, professional attitude.
